This project, which won an Outstanding Achievement Award in the exterior upholstery category of the 2008 MFA Awards, involved exterior bow sunbathing and seating cushions, and cushions for the aft chairs. The client was looking for an updated look to the exterior cushions on the boat. The matching of the stripes on the sun pads and headrest, and the continuing match forward through the back of the bench and then to the seat proved to be the most challenging aspect of the job.
