Solvent cleans and removes adhesives and sealants

Marine Formula is a patented solvent formulated to clean and remove adhesives and sealants used in marine applications. Marine Formula breaks the molecular bond of polyurethane adhesives and silicone rubber. The solvent will clean cured adhesives, caulks, sealants, black rub marks, liquid nails, most graffiti, overspray, polysulfide sealants, adhesive residue and adhesive films from duct and masking tape.
The product is safe to use on hard surfaces, such as glass, Formica, fiberglass, cement, brick, linoleum, wood floors and metal. It does not affect two-part paint systems widely used in the marine industry. The product is not for use on plastics, including Lexan®. Marine formula is available from Astrup in four-ounce and 12-ounce spray containers. Gallon containers of Marine Formula Industrial Strength are also available.
