Clear vinyl sheet resists chemicals and scratches

Using an innovative new coating chemistry, O’Sullivan Films introduces Ultrashield, a press polished clear vinyl sheet with superior chemical resistance and scratch resistant properties for the marine and auto markets. Ultrashield is the only RF sealable clear product with a scratch-resistant coating on both sides. O’Sullivan Films will launch Ultrashield in January at the Marine Fabricators Association National Convention in Jacksonville, Fla. Ultrashield will initially be offered in 54-inch by 110-inch sheets in Clear and Smoke tint, in 30 and 40 mil. thicknesses. Automotive sizes will be available in the spring.
