Now there’s a tool available to neatly cut holes into heavy fabric and vinyl, saving hundreds of hours of hand hammering with conventional cutters and mallets because all holes are punched neatly at the same time. Excellent for marine and RV fabricators on the road, Vicar’s time-saving cutters will pay for themselves in no time. Models available for either Vicar Turnbuckle (Common Sense) fasteners or V-Line Curtain (Lift-the-Dot) fasteners are sold separately. These cutters are for cutting holes, not for affixing fasteners.
