Custom edge seals from Xtreme Seal are made by fabricators for fabricators and recently received patent 8,028,640 (compositions and methods for sealing), which covers the company’s designs and profiles. The new Pro Seal is a dual durometer that is soft foam at the seal side and flat on the sewing side, allowing it to be sewn under the binding to create a tight seal. Pro Seal works on all types of custom covers, including covertible tops, side curtains, camper enclosures, windshield tops and sides, front-drop windshields, radar arches and deck seals.
