Semi-rigid enclosure maximizes visibility

This project, which won an Outstanding Achievement Award in the rigid enclosures category of the 2009 MFA Awards, involved a four-sided, semi-rigid enclosure for the bridge of the boat that would maximize visibility from the helm station. Bent corners to eliminate fabric and zipper lines, and double track system on the sides. The front corners were heated on a line bender to maximize visibility from the bridge. Sides are on double track systems to access ventilation.
