Harry Gobble, president and general manager of Glen Raven distribution subsidiary Tri Vantage, recently announced retirement plans. Gobble joined Glen Raven in 1978 and served in a number of positions, including director of marketing for Glen Raven. When Glen Raven purchased the Astrup Co. and John Boyle & Co., Gobble headed the consolidation process, which resulted in the new brand identity Tri Vantage.

Steve Ellington, general manager and president of Glen Raven Global, will succeed Gobble as president and general manager of Tri Vantage. Leib Oehmig, general manager and president of Glen Raven Americas, has been promoted to Ellington’s global position. The transition in leadership is under way.
