Repreve fiber line includes recycled polyester

The Repreve fiber line from yarn producer Unifi now includes a recycled polyester staple fiber. These recycled fibers can replace virgin polyester fibers in spun yarns to make upholstery and other fabrics.

About 20 billion pounds of virgin polyester fiber was consumed globally last year.
