Two-piece cover makes installation and removal easier

The client for this project, which won an Outstanding Achievement Award in the full covers under 27’ category of the 2008 MFA Awards, called for a split design travel cover consisting of a drawstring-attached two-piece full boat cover. The cover is used to protect the boat while in storage and attaches to two tracks mounted in the t-top. The two-piece design allows for easier installation and removal, but adds to the difficulty of fabrication.
