Client wanted a cockpit mezzanine seating unit with built-in armrests and cupholders. Seat boards had to be built around molded-in fiberglass armrests, which had to be concealed, yet allow for new armrests with cupholders. Fabric pattern integrity had to be maintained around seat back with compound radius and compound angles.
