YKK Snap Fasteners America Inc. introduced its plastic adhesive snap components. Unlike traditional metal screw studs, this product will not snag clothing or deteriorate from exposure to sunlight, sand and dirt. Its unique dome shape enables it to be walked on without causing pain. The adhesive snap’s dome-shaped components are made from an automotive grade of plastic and are available in either a stud or socket.
To secure the snap to boat surfaces, simply clean the surface to which the snap will be applied, peel off the protective paper backing, position and firmly hold the snap in place and release.

snaps for home
Hello,
I have a screened in deck and would like to put vinyl sheeting over the screens for when it is raining. I have 4x4 studs at 8 foot intervals and would like to put these fasteners across the top and down the sides of the vinyl sheeting. Would these fasteners be appropriate for this type of thing?
