Renovation provides unique designs and details
DRH Canvas & Marine Ltd., Halifax, Nova Scotia
This project, which won an Outstanding Achievement Award in the complete interior upholstery category of the 2009 MFA Awards, involved the complete interior renovation of 1991 Bayliner 3870. DRH Canvas & Marine Ltd replaced all carpeting, drapes and interior upholstery. The customer supplied drapery fabric but left the decision for interior decorating to DRH. Scale of the job from carpet, drapes and large fixed settee and all the detail was included in the finished job—table linens, napkin rings, throw pillows and forward bunk interior hatch cover. Unique designs on throw pillows and napkin rings were created by the use of grommets.
