This project, which won an Outstanding Achievement Award in the dodger category of the 2009 MFA Awards, included a full enclosure with custom screens and smiles for a 2004 Maxium 401 cruiser. Customer wanted the front three windows and front two side windows to have smiles and screens. These screens were installed on top of the smile zippered windows. Windows and screens can be rolled up or down independently of each other. The two safety handles had to be installed incorporating d-rings on aft roof and eye pads on gunnels. These straps are positioned to stabilize forward access to the boat deck.
