NMMA’s new customer and product research program

The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) announced a new research program focusing on comprehensive customer and product research. The new program will be made available to all NMMA members and provide measurements of product quality, industry prospect satisfaction and more.

In partnership with the Avala Marketing Group, the NMMA’s research will be used to help create strategic and tactical plans in hopes of assisting consumers in making better business decisions about marine products.

The research effort is part of revamping of the association’s Customer Satisfaction Index Program, which offers boat builders, dealers and consumers a look into customer, product satisfaction and quality measurements.
