This project, which won a 2011 MFA Outstanding Achievement Award in the dodger category, involved redesigning and re-covering old dodger poles for a salty dog sailor. The client wanted as much air through the center window as possible, while still being able to open and stow it easily, eliminate the restrictive traveler cutouts and have the best vision possible in bad weather.
