Guilford, Conn.-based STA-LOK introduces a new line of self-fit terminals, easy and efficient ways to terminate 1-by-19, 7-by-7, 7-by-19, and Dyform wire ropes. They are manufactured from rustproof, high-strength 316 stainless steel that is 100 percent stronger than the wire and will work under constant load and variable shock loading. Simple to install with basic hand tools, the terminals are available in imperial and metric wire sizes from 1/8-inch (3mm) to 1 inch (26mm) for both right- and left-hand lay wire. They also are reusable (with new wedge component) and require no servicing, thus providing long life and low maintenance costs.
