This project won a 2013 MFA Outstanding Achievement Award in the soft enclosures category. The purpose was to create a new enclosure for the new hardtop installed by our welder.

The client was taking this classic fishing boat to a new level. We worked closely with our welder fabricator in designing a new hardtop and track location. We were asked to design into the enclosure plenty of opening windows with the ease of removing the aft curtains during warm summers.

The three u-zipper windows do not roll up but are secured under the hardtop, preventing scratching of the .040 soft vinyl.

A clean new design after dealing with soft biminis for years. A four-sided enclosure with an open feeling and clean lines. Our customer is thrilled to have an enclosure to be used in the cold with all sides in place or options of removal of the aft windows and using the u-zips for air on warm days.
