2018 STEP Ahead Awards nominations open

Nominations are now being accepted for the Science, Technology, Engineering and Production (STEP) Ahead Awards, which honor women who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in manufacturing. The Step Ahead initiative is sponsored by the Manufacturing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Manufacturers. Last year’s winners within the marine industry included: Kris Carroll, President, Grady-White Boats, Inc; Jan Morton, Vice President of supply chain for Brunswick Boat Group; Katelyn Vara, Project Engineer of Mercury Marine; and Marcea Weiss, Plant Operation Manager of Mercury Marine.
