- Annual retail sales of new boats, engines and marine accessories in the U.S. totaled $17.9 billion in 2016, up 8.1 percent from 2015.
- Outboard engines sales were up 7 percent and retail sales reached $2.3 billion, up 9.8 percent in 2016.
- Aftermarket accessory sales totaled $6.4 billion in 2016, an increase of 8 percent.
