Textile manufacturers are able to obtain immediate on-site, no-cost materials analyses of suitability for finishing, marking and other detailing with laser die cutting from Spartanics Laser Die Cutting Materials Applications Laboratory engineers. The mobile laboratory, which will be attending a series of worldwide trade events in the coming year, will provide a detailed engineering analysis of maximum material thicknesses that can be handled with these different substrates.

Textile manufacturers are invited to bring samples to events and to contact Spartanics for possible free passes. The first scheduled stop is Label Expo Americas 2010 to be held in Chicago, Ill., on Sept. 14–16, 2010. The full schedule will be announced in the coming months.
