Anglers and boaters may be shut out of more than 20 percent of Biscayne National Park’s public waters if the National Park Service’s proposed Biscayne General Management Plan passes. In response, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) suggests members voice their opposition to their Congressional representatives, as boating and fishing are critical to the local economy and recreation in Biscayne.
