This project won a 2012 MFA Award of Excellence in the miscellaneous category. Customer wanted matching top and rear deck awnings for a superyacht. Stainless tubes were designed, fabricated and reinforced with carbon fiber inner sleeves to support the awnings with easily detachable pully systems. Massive tension was required to remain tight in all wind conditions.
