Star brite, a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based manufacturer of cleaning and other maintenance products for the marine, automotive, outdoor power equipment, power sports, homecare, health and RV industries, has named Victor Phillpotts its new vice president of business development. Phillpotts previously worked as national sales manager for P.F. Harris Manufacturing, a consumer products company specializing in EPA-registered pest-control products, and Zep Inc., for whom he created sales programs for its home center, hardware, drug and mass merchant channels.
