Phifer Inc. has added a new color to its SunTex® 95 exterior sun control line. The new hue, Stucco, joins the current range of nine neutral color options in this fabric collection designed specifically for exterior roller shade applications. Made from vinyl-coated polyester, the line is thinner and lighter weight than traditional SunTex fabrics. Blocking approximately 95 percent of the sun’s hot rays, the fabric offers increased heat and glare control for a cooler, more comfortable outdoor environment. These fabrics are infused with Microban® antimicrobial product protection for an added level of defense against microbes such as mold and mildew that can damage the shades. SunTex 95 is available in 126-inch widths and is mildew and fade resistant.
