Serge Ferrari Americas has appointed Jules Duguay as vice president to lead business operations in North, Central and South America. Duguay joins the company after 13 years in the textile industry. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from Queens University. Duguay will work out of the company’s headquarters in Pompano Beach, Fla.
