Fasnap Corporation, which has been serving the industrial fastener industry for more than 40 years, announced changes in management positions at several levels of its corporate office in Elkhart, Ind. Jeff Kendell, a key salesman for Fasnap for more than 20 years, will assume the role of president and CEO. Kendell graduated with an MBA from Indiana University and has a strong history of creating and nurturing long-term relationships with partners, collaborative team building and delivering on key performance measures.

In addition, Joe Killingbeck has been promoted to chief operating officer and Dave Freshour has been promoted to director of operations. Killingbeck has been with Fasnap for five years as director of operations and has several years of prior experience overseeing global supply chains and operations for other industries. Freshour has been with Fasnap for more than 25 years in operations and has extensive experience managing various internal departments, including purchasing, distribution, facilities and quality.
