Advanced Textiles Association (ATA) is offering a new learning opportunity on Change Leadership in partnership with Lake Forest Center for Leadership. Lake Forest Center for Leadership offers practical leadership development that managers of all levels can immediately put into action to develop high-performing teams and move their business forward.

This program is designed to enhance an individual’s adaptability to change. Participants will delve into understanding their personal responses to change during sessions in three subject areas: The Personal Side of Change, Managing Others During Change, Leading the Business in Times of Ambiguity. Sessions are facilitated by experienced business leaders who bring real-world insights, practical strategies, and wisdom, enriching the learning experience with tangible knowledge.
