The schedule for the Marine Fabricators Association (MFA) Southeast Regional Workshop taking place at Great Lakes Boat Top in Vonore, Tenn., on Oct. 17–18, 2024, is now available. The workshop offers hands-on marine fabrication education in a shop setting and opportunities to enhance fabricator networks with like–minded business owners and exhibitors.

Workshop education sessions include: business development for marine shop owners; a shop tour of Great Lakes Boat Top with visits to the engineering table, customer service and engineering CAD stations; techniques for bow bending and patterning a bimini; new ways to put finishing touches on cutouts and zippers; techniques for cutting and mooring cover lines; patterning and prepping a boat for EVA flooring and an exploration of the various types of support systems including strap supports, t-poles and more.
