The North East Canvas Products Association (NECPA) recently honored longtime member and veteran marine fabricator Katie Bradford with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Bradford, now retired, was honored for her decades of dedication to the marine industry. She served on the NECPA board for more than 25 years and spearheaded the effort to bring the marine canvas group into the NECPA organization in 2005. She also served as Chairman of the Board of the Marine Fabricators Association, a division of Advanced Textiles Association (ATA), and also as Chairman of the Board of Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI), now ATA, as well as many years of service to her community.
