A Leadership Essentials online course will take place on Thursdays, Sept. 19-Oct. 10, at 11:30am-1pm CT, as part of the Catalyst Courses for Professional Development from Lake Forest Center for Leadership. Each course will be taught by Jenea Smith, an instructional designer who conducts in-depth job task analyses and needs assessments to identify business goals and determine training solutions.

The courses are aimed at leaders in growth mode who are taking on new responsibilities and require an additional set of skills to be successful. Leadership Essentials courses are designed to provide opportunities to accelerate leadership potential and develop critical foundational skills such as developing a team and identifying and engaging employee talents through delegation, coaching and feedback.
