Serge Ferrari North America announces a new distribution partnership with The Miami Corporation, a supplier serving the marine, awning and upholstery markets across the United States. Through the partnership, The Miami Corporation will distribute Serge Ferrari Group’s Stamoid^® and Soltis^® lines of marine fabrics nationwide beginning June 2026.

Founded in 1923 and headquartered in Cincinnati, The Miami Corporation is a distributor of performance textiles and supplies for OEM and aftermarket customers. The employee-owned company serves customers nationwide through distribution centers in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Jacksonville, Fla., supported by a dedicated sales network and long-term relationships throughout the marine and awning industries.

The partnership strengthens Serge Ferrari North America’s distribution network while expanding customer access to its marine fabric solutions.

The Miami Corporation’s sales reach, logistics infrastructure and inventory capabilities made the company a strategic fit for Serge Ferrari North America’s marine business.
