Port Tampa Bay announced registration is open for its second annual Maritime Expo. The expo will take place Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2027 at Port Tampa Bay Cruise Terminal 6 in Tampa, Fla. The expo aims to introduce young people from Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties to the maritime industry.

Students in grades 9–12 are invited to attend the morning session from 9-12 p.m. Local college students and adult learners are invited to attend the afternoon session from 1-3 p.m.

This expo aims to showcase the wide range of career opportunities within the port and maritime industries, including high-demand roles that don’t require a college degree. Attendees can explore careers, talk to industry professionals and learn about job pathways.
