    Paul B. Stelzner, 74, of Washington, Mo., passed away Monday, Feb. 9, 2009. Stelzner was president/CEO of John Boyle & Co. until his retirement in 2004. He is survived by his wife, Jan Schneeberger Stelzner, two daughters and four grandchildren.
