Touted as a “guilt-free” luxury furnishing, salmon skin leather from Nanai offers an ecologically sound and cruelty-free upholstery. The company sources the skins from fish raised on certified organic salmon farms in Ireland. The salmon hide looks similar to python skin and easily passes as an exotic leather once thoroughly treated and deodorized. The leather is light and thin, yet durable. The skin is a by-product of an already existing salmon market, making the product eco-friendly.
