Stuart, Fla.-based Martek of Palm Beach, a marine electronics engineering and support company, has named Martin Bader as chief financial officer. Bader will be responsible for all financial operations of the company, which designs, installs, and services electronics aboard super yachts and other vessels around the world. Bader previously was CFO of OceanView Technologies, a manufacturer of high-tech night vision equipment for the marine industry. He also served as CFO and chief executive officer of OceanView parent VEI Technologies, and as CEO and chairman of the board of Technodyne Inc.
