Vico Plastics’ Boat Vent 3 (1a) has updated its Boat Vent II, which provided tented vents that helped prevent mildew and mold. Boat Vent 3 features four improvements: easier installation, more efficient venting, better grip and adjustability. Molded from UV-inhibited plastic, it can be installed to virtually any boat cover.

Vico also introduces a new patented pole base designed to protect boat floors from damage caused by standard crutch tips (1b). The new base disperses the weight of the support pole over a larger surface area to prevent carpet rings and dented vinyl floors. Its soft gripping rubber bottom holds the pole in place and eliminates damage. The swivel pole base includes an option for a lockable ball-and-socket connection for adjustability and mobility.
