Carver Industries has appointed Johnny “JT” Thomerson to the newly-created position of national sales manager. Thomerson, a 45-year veteran of the marine industry most recently with Lenco Marine Solutions, will play a key role in the development of OE and aftermarket accounts for the company and expand its force of sales representatives. Located in Landrum, S. C., Carver Industries is an industry leader in boat covers and bimini tops. Thomerson represented Carver as a manufacturers’ representative from 2003-2007.
